打个比方解释一下~


正常情况下,骨骼是由成骨细胞和破骨细胞有序地进行骨形成和骨吸收。


破骨细胞就像建骨工程里面的“拆迁队”,负责破坏吸收旧骨;


成骨细胞就像“扩建队”,重新塑造新骨。一旦破骨细胞活动比重过大,就会打破这种平衡,引起骨质疏松等问题,拖骨骼成长的“后腿”。

01促进成骨细胞增殖

结果表明,以未添加水解蛋黄粉为对照组,添加0.1mg/mL和1.0mg/mL的细胞MC3T3-E1增殖率分别提高了21%和63%(P<0.05),一定剂量的水解蛋黄粉能够促进成骨细胞MC3T3-E1的增殖。

02体外钙化作用


结果表明,添加Ca离子的水解蛋黄粉会增加成骨细胞的细胞增殖,提高成骨细胞分化和胶原蛋白的产生,而且会促进钙化结节的结果。

03控制破骨细胞吸收


研究证明了添加水解蛋黄粉有意地促进了成骨细胞的细胞增殖,有意地促进骨形成;提高成骨细胞分化和胶原蛋白的产生,其结果就是促进骨骼增长

1.鸡蛋蛋黄只是水解蛋黄粉的原料

2.普通蛋黄的可吸收率极低

普通蛋黄吸收率低,而水解蛋黄粉是一种小分子肽,吸收率大大提升,更有利于孩子骨骼成长。


3.鸡蛋中胆固醇含量高

每100克蛋黄中胆固醇的含量为1500毫克以上,是除了动物脑之外胆固醇含量最高的日常食物了。而胆固醇是心脑血管疾病的发病因素之一,所以一般建议不要大量地食用鸡蛋,一天一个鸡蛋就好!


也就是说,通过多吃鸡蛋来补充这种营养物质,根本不现实!
