孩子性早熟危害大,“催熟”孩子的食物黑名单

由于性激素分泌增加,性早熟儿童会出现身高提前加速,起初家长看到孩子长高会很高兴觉得是好事,其实这种生长只是提前发生了,骨骺线提前闭合,反而最终的身高往往比正常孩子低。

性早熟会让孩子的身心发育都受到影响。过早的性早熟会引起第二性征的提早出现,女孩的乳房提前发育,男孩出现胡须生长都是属于第二性征的发育,由于小孩子缺乏性教育,容易受到同龄人的嘲笑,导致同龄人的排斥,引发自卑等不良情绪。

现在的孩子们越来越早熟,原因可能是多方面的,除了自身的原因外,更多的就是我们的饮食习惯,到底生活中有哪些食物,“催熟”了孩子呢?

1、 大补类的食物

例如冬虫夏草、人参、桂圆干、荔枝干、沙参、黄芪等,作为食疗对成人效果很好,但对于小孩子来说,容易改变孩子的正常发育,“催熟”孩子。

2、 反季节水果

水果含有丰富的营养,应该让孩子多吃。但反季节的蔬菜和水果就不宜了,富含激素的水果会导致儿童性早熟。

3、 油炸类食品

       现在很多家长都会带孩子去"肯德基“和”麦当劳“吃炸鸡、炸薯条和炸薯片,殊不知这类食物过高的热量会在儿童体内转变为多余的脂肪,引发孩子内分泌紊乱,容易催熟孩子。

4、 家禽脖子

        中国农业大学食品学院营养与食品安全系副教授、食品科学博士范志红说单从营养角度上来看,蛋白粉和动物脂肪容易促进儿童性早熟。动物营养级别越高,浓缩的污染风险也就越大,越肥育的食物也就越容易使儿童性早熟。(摘自2014年08月18日《北京青年报》)

此外,尤其要注意的是,禽肉中的头颈,孩子最好不要进食,它们通常是“促熟剂”残余的主要集中部位。

5、 鱼子蟹黄虾黄

鱼子蟹黄,其美味的诱惑很容易吸引孩子,让孩子吃了还想吃,但它们存在使孩子发育变快的危险,家长要控制孩子的摄取量。

6、 蜂王浆

首先蜂王浆就容易使孩子上火,伤身,其次它含有激素容易导致性早熟外,同样不能让孩子多吃。

7、 自制豆浆

        自家磨的豆浆通常都会非常浓郁,所含的大豆黄体酮也就更多,一旦长期食用,就可能会诱发孩子早熟问题。

      家长要多留意孩子的身体变化,如果发现女孩子8周岁前或男孩子9周岁前出现发育,应及时去医院检查和治疗,不要延误。
